Looks: Salva has long dark hair that has a purple tint to it. Her hair flows down to her lower back when untied; however she normally wheres it in a pony tail, held by two metal cylinders. Her cheeks have a natural blush too them, making her very cute. Her large eyes change colors according to what she is wearing. Most of the time, she wears the royal cloths and cloak of her main branch house, with the mist insignia on its shoulder, thus she looks harmless and helpless. Under these robes however, she wheres the mist style chuunin vest, over a very long sleeved shirt that is made from fine silk, and that flows down well past her hands. For pants she wears the black baggy pants of a shinobi, that cut of where a bandage takes its place, leading to the classic shinobi open toed and healed shoes. Her hands are gentle, and look as though she has never touched any thing rough. as is with the rest of her perfect pale skin.

Personality: Being underestimated her entire life, Salva gained little self esteem, and thought off her self as a very weak ninja. In reality she had an amazing potential due to being able to control her chakra immensely. Salva was nick named "the giver of the shinobi world" due to being nice to all things, the people who in turn were nice to her, the bullies of her childhood, and the worlds environment. When Salva would see an animal in pain, she would stop any thing she was doing to help the critter to survival. This would be the same if she saw any human in pain, weather she knew them or not. Hating to kill or take life in any way, Salva is an innocent and very forgiving soul...
when battling however, she fights with all of her will, applying her natural wit and intelligence to the combat; forcing the enemy into a choice between two roads: surrender, or defeat.

Background Information:

HISTORY

*NINJA ACADEMY ARC*
Growing in the sexist clan, Salva was kept hidden from the world by her clan's walls. Her father was a high ranking ninja, but more importantly, a senator in the village leader's, the kage's court. Because of this, Salva was brought to a lot of the councils, councils that were sworn to secrecy, from the age of six. Also her father played the role of her trainer for combat, beating her senseless sometimes, to be able to experience and handle pain. Thus was the training for the girls in her clan. After joining the academy, and began being trained by others, she realized she had a knack for chakra manipulation. When she returned home, she got more training assisted form her older brother, a clan prodigy. Thus she was taught all she needed to continue on to the genin level.

*GENIN ARC*
Easily passing the genin test, due to her perfect chakra control, Salva passed to the new level; genin. Here she was put in a three man cell, including her jounin mentor, meaning only one other genin. This genin was the type, like her brother, who could do any thing. He was also the type however, who wanted incredible power, and would not stop at any thing to get it. Salva was very shy, and without knowing it, scared of this boy. As she trained very hard to get everything, he seemed to just have it naturally; most of the highly ranking ninjas called him a "genius". During this period, Salva learned much about herself, expanding her boundaries, and learning where she needed help; taijutsu. After completing the eight necessary missions as a genin, she decided to enroll in the chuunin exams. During this exam, her team mate was killed, by a ruthless shinobi, also from the mist, during the elimination rounds.
When her turn came, she was chosen to fight against this same shinobi. during this battle, by force of wanting to survive, she activated her Kekkei Gekkei, which worked to its fullest potential, leaching all of the chakra left in her opponent, and leaving him unconscious on the ground, and passing her through the last round. A day after that, she was called to the kage's office and was told she made chuunin. Soon after, prior to going on a very important mission for the mist, she was pulled from her team, and was put into a new team, an ANBU team!

*ANBU*
Salva quickly moved up in the ranks of ANBU until she was notified that she was promoted to the rank of head ANBU. Now Salva had one of the highest ranks in her village. Finally her own main branch house accepted her into their clan. Her father now accepted her as a ninja. She was beginning to enter her dream. Now all she had to do was show that she deserved this position as the head of he village ANBU. Salva did this by training in every aspect; ninjutsu, genjutsu, and even taijutsu, her weakest point. This she did until she was an accomplished ninja. She could think at least over 170 moves ahead, knowing exactly how her opponent would attack, just by looking at the way he took his stance. Salva lead this life for a couple of years, being the youngest to ever lead the ANBU squads, until her father became the mizukage, leaving her as the heir. This point marked a huge point in her life, she had gone through a huge transformation, from a weak ninja, fighting for acceptance from her family, to the heir to the position of head of village.

BECOMING MIZUKAGE
Within the same year that Salva's father was elected as kage, he was assassinated in his office. This was done by a rogue ninja from her own village. Although her father was slain, Salva was not very sad, or not as sad as she thought she would be. Her father only accepted her because of the immense power she had gained; nothing else. Also, this left the position open for her. Salva entered the position of Mizukage, through official appointment exactly seventeen days after the assassination of her father. This marked her not only as the leader of her village, but the youngest kage tat the village had ever seen.
Although the youngest, Salva was also one of the most strong, and the people loved her, because of her new way of ruling the otherwise violent village in peace.

Rp Sample:
The water was cool to Salva's toes as they bobbed in it. it made a echoing sound. She sat, shaded by the trees surrounding her. The sun was low in the sky, creating a magnificent array of colors to strike the clouds. The paint brush held by Salva's skilled hands moved quickly across the large piece of paper she held; painting the scenery. It was then when she heard the voice of a man behind her, "thats a pretty painting you have there" Salva froze... who was that, what did he want with her. She dropped the paint brush she was holding. the paint stained the pieces of grass. Salva slowly turned her head to see a young man standing behind her, a sword in his hand, pointed at her. Salva's eyes widened. what did she do? he wore the mist head band, however a thin slice went through the insignia. Salva sprung to her feet.
"who are you?" the wind blew, carrying her hair with it.
"you mean you don't remember me...thats a shame" as he smiled the wind stopped. Then looking into the mysterious mans eyes, Salva suddenly remembered, her genin companion. She tried to say something, but it came out mute. She could not move. then... she woke up.

Then, later, when this seal is thrown, it will explode into white smoke, and thousands of flammable wires will race out, covering the area of battle, with many many explosive tags attached to the wire. When the wires reach a hard surface (a human or the ground for example) they will penetrate through it and continue moving. When, after millions of wires have covered and penetrated anything that could be penetrated, the user can detonate the thousands of explosive tags, causing a foot-ball field size explosion, killing anyone in the blast. This can be potentially dangerous to the user as well, if they fail to evade the last explosion.

Description: Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.

When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.
